• Wash potatoes to remove dirt from skins then cut in half.
• Remove center flesh from potatoes.
• Place potato halves on a sheet pan.

• Bake, flesh-side down, until potatoes are soft. Pierce with a fork to know.
• Let potatoes cool for a few minutes.
